From now on say "sausage sizzle" instead of hot-dog

Since I was a child, we use to eat hot-dogs in a long bun, this was the only combination for sausage serve I know.

Here in Australia, I met the sausage sizzle.

Sausage sizzle is a community event (it can be a local sport game, farmer market or just a collection of  money for some cause in front of your local supermarket), So its a small event with the combination of hot Aussie sun and a barbecue ("a sizzling Barbie").

In the sausage sizzle you can find a stand that prepare and sale barbecued sausages and served them on a single slice of  bread with sliced onion and sauces for your choice.
You can find Sausage sizzle stands at every corner especially on the weekends, it very cheep and testy.

What do you need to prepare? so easy...

  • White Bread
  • Barbecued Sausages = known as as "Snags" in Australia
  • Sliced Onions
  • Sauces (Ketchup/Tomato sauce, BBQ sauce and yellow mustard)
  • Paper napkins

and wallah...
