SORBETE DE LIMÓN After dinner

Sorbete De Limon or Sorbet De Lemon is one of the most popular Spanish way to finish an heavy meal. It's a frozen drink, very simple to make. You just mix together Lemon Sorbet with champagne or any kind of sparkling wine like Cava and that's it.  You'll get an amazing fresh cool drink.
